2. Who May Contact You

When you submit your information, it may be shared with the following parties who may contact you:

  • ClaimCheckUSA and its staff
  • Licensed attorneys and law firms in our referral network
  • Legal marketing companies and lead aggregators who facilitate attorney connections
  • Pay-per-call network partners (such as DOPPCALL and similar platforms)
  • Third-party legal services companies who may be able to assist with your claim

3. National Do Not Call Registry

By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our network partners even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This consent overrides your registration on the Do Not Call Registry for the purposes of communications related to your legal inquiry.

4. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP

Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.

Request Removal by Phone

Call us at 1-800-555-0000 and request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.

Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "OPT OUT" and include your name and phone number.

Unsubscribe from Email

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be processed. Note that opting out of communications from ClaimCheckUSA does not automatically opt you out of communications from attorneys or other third parties who may have already received your information.

5. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the status of your case referral. You may receive multiple messages in a short period following your initial inquiry as attorneys in our network attempt to reach you. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
